Center for the Arts Summer Camp offers children aged 5-13 years old a distinguished arts program in a pleasurable, non-competitive environment. Each day the students will explore dramatics, music, dance and movement instruction, and visual arts taught by a certified teaching staff.
Camp sessions are one-week, three-week, four-week and a full seven-week session. This program is partially funded by the Southampton Town Parks and Recreation Department.

The East Hampton Sports Camp offers children ages 6 to 12 years old an exciting program of sports and games in a fun environment.
Activities include baseball, soccer, basketball, hockey, kickball, and more. On rainy days the action moves indoors for arts and crafts and games in the gym. Weekly field trips such as fishing, crabbing, hiking and exploring the local environment are also part of the program.

The Perlman Music Program is an intensive six-week study program for children 11 to 18 and takes place in July and August in Shelter Island. Bring your child to the farm every day, the Art Farm that is, on Butter Lane in Bridgehampton. Children spend the day with everything from baby chicks, to egg-laying hens, from ponies to horses, and more. There's also arts and crafts, drama, swimming, tennis, and dance. For children from 1 to 3yr old, there "Mommy and Me" music and animal education program available with one hour classes meeting once a week.

The East Hampton Town Parks and Recreation Department offers summer swimming instruction at four different town beaches beginning in late June and running through the third week in August.
Children must be 3 years old and above to participate. Classes are offered at four different levels of ability from beginner and guppy levels to intermediate and advanced swimmer status.

The Country School offers camp for children ages 2½-7. This museum is in Amagansett and has extensive exhibits featuring whaling artifacts donated by local families and dioramas of the various fishing techniques unique to this area.
